Pricing Analytics Tool

Kini Consulting is a private consulting firm that specializes in pricing analysis for businesses. They have applied for patents for their unique analytical analysis approach, and contracted GORGES to apply this technology to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model.

The business requirements were demanding: process millions of invoice records, present the results quickly and beautifully, and be able to support many simultaneous companies and accounts. The interface had to be understandable, responsive, and scalable. The business intelligence tool QlikView by QlikTech was selected as the analytics engine, due to its unique ability to store and process a massive amount of data using an associative memory approach.

GORGES was responsible for proof of concept, prototyping, development, and is now hosting and maintaining this world-class pricing solution. QlikView was customized and then integrated with a .NET web application that provides a secure user portal to the analytical results.
