Virginia Augusta

Virginia joined GORGES in 2021. As a seasoned fundraiser, she served in various roles at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, Oxford University’s North American Office, the Masonic Medical Research Institute, and George Washington University.  Through these positions Virginia refined her skills in leadership, sales, strategy and management. Virginia is the point person for new business development, managing client relations and financial affairs. Virginia has a BA and MA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and an MPS, MS, and PhD from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
